Network Status Report

  • SOLVED: Fri, 12th August 2008 (8:00am): We are currently experiencing an issue with our primary web server. We are working to correct the issue, with websites coming back on-line as we check them. We will have more information once this process is complete and will provide those effected customers with details via an email.
  • SOLVED: Wed, 12th Sep 2007 (9:40am): As part of our ongoing hardware and software maintenance routines, we will be upgrading our core virtual server operating system. This will result in a downtime of WEB(HTTP/HTTPS), Primary DNS and POP/IMAP mail services for approx 30 mins. This is scheduled to occur at 8pm this evening, NZ time (12 Sept). Please note that this is an estimated time only and may need to be extended if required. We will post an update this page after the upgrade is completed. (Update: 10am ,13th Sep 2007: The upgrade was completed yesterday evening. All services, except "FileSpace" are running. The upgrade took a little longer than expected due to a faulty install CD - Services began to come back online from approx 9:30pm)
  • SOLVED: Thu, 17 May 2007 (4pm): There has been a further consequence from our mail outage at 12 noon today. We have been working to resolve. Mail is now being delivered. However - our Advanced SPAM Filter is currently offline. We apologise for the current loss of this service and are working to resolve the issue.
  • SOLVED: Thu, 17 May 2007: A small mail gateway outage has resulted in mail not being delivered from approx 12 noon today. This has been resolved and mail is now being delivered as normal.
  • SOLVED: Wed, 21st Feb 2007: A configuration fault in our website log statistics software stopped a small amount of our websites being served after the automated statistics run early this morning. The fault has been rectified and double checked. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.   • 2006/2007 Holiday Hours: New Media Networks is closed from the 22nd of Dec 2006 and will re-open on the 15th of January 2007. If you require urgent technical support, please see the our contact page. We wish you a merry christmas and a happy new year!
  • Thursday, 14th Dec 2006: POP3/IMAP services will be offline for approx 30mins after 10pm this evening to allow for server upgrade. (Update: The upgrade was performed with no known issues).

  • SOLVED: Friday, 27th October 2006: 12:32pm. There is currently an issue with customer’s receiving mail. This is being worked on and should be solved shortly. (Update 1:04pm: This issue has been solved and queued mail is now being delivered)
